After the great success of the first and second edition, Tunisia – Africa Business Council in partnership with the Ministry of Development, Investment and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organizes the third edition of the international conference FITA “Financing Investment & Trade in Africa” on February 3 and 6, 2020 at the Laïco hotel, Tunis.

This conference will have as strategic objectives:

  • A State of the Art of Financing Trade and Investment, whether in Tunisia or Africa generally.
  • A presentation about the offers and financing mechanisms on the African continent.
  • A space of opportunities and meetings between pan-African economic development organizations, banker, venture capitalist, investment funds and experts.
  •  A presentation about the emerging alternative financial solutions – capital development, crowdfunding, credit insurance – that can intervene in addition to the traditional African banking offer.
  • A rapprochement between Tunisian banks and their Pan-African counterparts to facilitate access to financial services in Africa.

This third edition will also be an opportunity for some sub-Saharan countries to present their Economic Development Plan, structuring investment projects especially in PPP, as well as funding modalities.
