Session 1 : The experience of the Central Bank of Tunisia in of Procurement policies:

  • Prediction, sequencing, (internal) Budgeting
  • Identification of Needs (Terms of Reference, CCTP Specification)
  • Formality: call for tender documents; standard documentation corresponding to the nature of the services to be provided: (Opinion, CCAP, service order, notification, counting report …)
  • Diligence with potential candidates (false statements, Blacklist, etc.)
